As a friendly, diverse tennis club we’re mindful of the many needs of those around us.
Our focus is primarily on the sporting community and in February we ran another drive for donations of gently used sports equipment and clothing. Donations were given to the Replay project which supports underprivileged schools and youth. Unclaimed lost property also gets donated to the project.
We have a number of animal loving members so cushions, towels, balls and food were also collected and donated to Animal Anti-Cruelty League in Epping. One of our members donated a bag of ladies clothing for re-sale in their shop, helping poorer communities and raising funds.
Hi Mandy, this is Jodi.
Thank you SO much for the tennis stuff, clothes, shoes, bottles and nets, nets, nets. 🤣
We appreciate it so so much. Thank you.
I’ll be asking Cape Town High if they need nets, thank you!!!
